In 2013, Saba signed 30 new contracts with new clients for a total of approximately 62,000 square metres. This group of clients includes leading international companies such as Airbus, Bimbo and Airfarm, which rented a total surface area of more than 24,000 square metres. Last year, 40 clients also opted to extend their contracts in terms of either length or surface area, to a total of 175,000 square metres.
In 2014, Saba has already closed some important deals, such as the incorporation of Supergroup (Logista France) into ZAL Toulouse and the extension of the Decathlon contract at ZAL Sevilla, a logistics park where the sports equipment company rents an area of more than 30,000 square metres. Average occupation in 2014 is 82%.
The logistics parks that make up the Saba network cover a total gross area of approximately 660 hectares. The company has a presence in Spain, Portugal and France, with facilities in Barcelona, Madrid, Seville, Álava, Lisbon and Toulouse. Saba manages parks in different locations in direct partnership with different organisations, synergising their interests to create a shared strategy.
