Saba assumes the overall management of the car parks in 14 of Aena’s airports
  • With this transaction, for a period of five years, the company adds 30,000 car park spaces to its network

Saba assumes the overall management of the car parks in 14 airports in the Aena network for a period of 5 years with the possibility of two additional renewalls: Alicante, Almería, Barcelona-El Prat, Girona-Costa Brava, Federico García Lorca Granada-Jaén, Ibiza, Málaga-Costa del Sol, Melilla, Menorca, Murcia-San Javier, Palma de Mallorca, Reus, Valencia and  Zaragoza.  The company will progressively incorporate the management of the new car parks to its network between 2013 and 2015.

To Saba, it is a natural operation of industry growth and perfect fit, as it takes advantage of operational synergies, expanding the territorial network perimeter of Saba’s car parks network maintaining its leadership as operator in Spain.

Saba is a leading operator in the airport sector by designing an offer adjusted to client’ specific needs. It has a long experience in the management of airports parking facilities, beginning its collaboration with Aena —at the airport in Barcelona— in 2001. Since then, the company’s experience in this field has been reinforced in Spain with the addition of car parks at airports in Girona, Reus, Pamplona, Tenerife Sur and Almería. In Italy, the presence in this sector is reflected in the management of Brindisi airport and previously in Milan airports.
