Saba signs four operations in Spain, Italy, Portugal and Chile
  • It purchases a new car park in Barcelona, inaugurates an infrastructure under concession in Verona and is granted the management of a car park in Porto and another one in Santiago de Chile

Saba acquires the property of Carles III car park, infrastructure already managed since April 2012, with a capacity of 1,096 parking spaces. Bounded by the Diagonal and Gran Via de Carles III avenues and Sabino de Arana Street, it is located in a crucial point of the city and serves shopping centers, financial institutions and hospitals, as well as residential and university areas.

Also, Saba has inaugurated a new car park in the city of Verona. The complex consists of a total of 400 parking spaces, of which 350 will be for short stays, while the remaining 50 are destined to residents. Saba, which has invested in the construction of this project a total of 8.6 million Euros, will manage the car park under concession for a period of 60 years.

In Porto, Saba has been granted a three-year management of the car park of the new campus of Porto Business School, with a capacity of 400 parking spaces. Meanwhile, in Santiago de Chile it will manage the car park of the Anacleto Angelini Innovation Center of the Pontificia Catholic University of Chile, with 399 parking spaces.
